Do you have a brochure?
Our entire range can be viewed through our website. New products and styles are released on a regular basis; therefore, a catalogue would quickly become outdated.
Do you have a showroom?
We are purely online and therefore are unable to offer viewing or collection, this does however ensure our prices are much lower than those typically found in a showroom due to our reduced overheads.
How are your canvas prints manufactured?
All Kandibox canvas prints are printed using the highest quality media and the best pigment-based colour-fast UV inks. The use of UV inks in our prints ensures your canvas remains durable and vibrant, maximising the life of your artwork. We use only the best print machinery, software and technology to bring you high quality, professionally finished canvas prints. Each design is hand-stretched over a hidden thick wooden frame. The design continues over the sides and is secured at the back of the frame.
How do I hang my canvas print?
Our canvas prints can be hung directly from the deep wooden frame using a nail/screw/picture hook. Two or three nails should be used for the larger canvas prints.
Can I order and pay for a product over the phone?
Orders cannot currently be processed over the phone. Payment can be made easily and securely via our website by Shopify Payments and PayPal.
How do I look after my canvas print?
As with any fabric, in order to avoid fading, do not place your print in direct sunlight. Display your print in a moisture-free environment at room temperature, and at a safe distance from any sources of direct heat (eg fireplace). Do not use any form of liquid or chemical products to clean your print. Any dust on the surface of your design can be removed with a soft dust brush.
What are the delivery costs?
UK postage and packaging is currently only £2.99-£6.99 per order (UK mainland). Please visit our Store Guide for more information.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Please see our Store Guide for detailed delivery information. Your order will normally be dispatched within 48-72 hours of receipt (not including weekends or public holidays). Please note that most of our canvases are made to order. Postage quoted on this site is for orders within the UK only and includes insurance. Overseas customers, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing an order.
Please note that delivery times quoted in our Store Guide are estimates only. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing an order to avoid disappointment. We regret that we cannot be held liable for delays in shipping caused by the courier/carrier.
IMPORTANT: When taking delivery of your order, please inspect the item before accepting delivery. If the packaging and/or goods are damaged, please sign to accept but note that the goods are damaged. If an item has been signed for in "Good Condition", we will not be able to process a claim.
What happens if I am not present for delivery?
If you are not present for delivery, a card will be left and you will need to contact the courier to arrange redelivery or collection. If your order is returned to us undelivered, we will be happy to arrange redelivery, however the return and redelivery costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
What if I have not received my canvas?
Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, parcels can take slightly longer than the stated 5-8 working days to arrive. If you have not received your order within the stated delivery times, please contact us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will trace your parcel. Please note that the delivery times stated on our website are estimates only and the estimates include working days, not weekends or public holidays.
What is your return policy?
All Kandibox canvas prints are made to order. As each canvas is printed to order, we regret that we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on these items. Please note that sale items are ex-display and may come with very small imperfections.Tableware and home accessories can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. You may return your tableware or home accessories, excluding canvas prints, posters and banners, to us in their original condition and packaging unused/unmarked, and you will receive a full refund to the value of the product(s). Alternatively, you may choose an alternative product from our collection. The buyer resumes the cost for postage and packaging.
Please help us keep our prices low by reading the product description (e.g. size of artwork) and delivery times carefully before placing an order, as if you wish to cancel a purchase immediately after placing your order, we will still be charged a fee for the transaction by the payment processor.
International customers - please note the following: Postage and packaging quoted on our website is for orders within the UK only. International customers MUST contact us prior to ordering to avoid incurring additional delivery charges.
