We aim to make your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible whilst visiting our site. To purchase any of our products simply select your chosen product(s), select your preferred size, then click the "add to cart" button. When ready to complete your purchase(s), click the Cart button located in the top right corner of the site. Click the Checkout button and you will be taken to the secure payment pages.

Once your order is completed you will be sent an email confirming your purchase has been successful.

Please read through our terms and conditions prior to placing an order, as by placing an order it is deemed that you have accepted and understood them. Please contact us if you have any further questions. 

Payment
We offer Shopify Payments and PayPal - both are highly secure methods to safely and conveniently make payment online using your credit or debit card. 

Your order will normally be dispatched within our typical delivery times (shown below) via a third party courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size and value of your order. Postage and packaging costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing an order to check if the required delivery date can be met.

Please note that all canvas art prints are made to order.

Orders are shipped and delivered Monday – Friday. Delivery estimates include working days, Monday - Friday, not weekends or public holidays. Please note that delivery times quoted are estimates only. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing an order to avoid disappointment. Please note that we cannot control third party delivery times. We regret that we cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by the courier/carrier.

Postage rates quoted on this site are for orders within the UK mainland only and includes insurance. If you are not present for delivery, a card will be left and you should contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.

If your order is returned to us undelivered, we will be happy to arrange re-delivery, however the return and re-delivery costs will be the buyer's responsibility. Orders will be sent to the delivery address the customer has provided when placing the order and it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address.

International customers, please note the following: Postage and packaging quoted on our website is for orders within the UK only. International customers MUST contact us prior to ordering to avoid incurring additional delivery charges. Unfortunately we do not currently ship canvas art to the United States, Canada and Australia.

 

Returns & Cancellation Policy
All Kandibox canvas prints are made to order. As each canvas is printed to order, we regret that we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on these items. Please note that items under the Clearance/Sale section are ex-display and may come with very small imperfections.

Tableware and home accessories can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. You may return your tableware or home accessories, excluding canvas prints, to us in their original condition and packaging unused/unmarked, and you will receive a full refund to the value of the product(s). Alternatively, you may choose an alternative product from our collection. The buyer resumes the cost for postage and packaging.

If you wish to return any undamaged tableware or home accessories, you must contact us in writing via email within 7 days of delivery and provide us with your contact details and product codes of the goods that you wish to return. After receiving a confirmation email from us with return instructions, please send the goods to us, and we will refund or exchange your product upon receipt. Please note that the goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the item(s) are not in their original/resalable condition, if the request to return or exchange has been made after the 7-day cooling off period, or no request for a return or exchange has been made before returning items.

If you wish to return any faulty or damaged goods, you must contact us in writing via email within 24 hours of delivery. If your order has been damaged during transit, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. IMPORTANT: When taking delivery of your order, please inspect the item before accepting delivery. If the packaging and/or goods are damaged, please sign to accept but note that the goods are damaged. If an item has been signed for in "Good Condition", we will not be able to process a claim and cannot refund or replace the item(s).

All printed products made to order are not returnable. Please note that all our personalised party banners, canvas prints and posters are made to order.

Refunds can be made via the original payment method up to 30 days after the purchase was made. Requests for a return or exchange must be made before returning items.

Please help us keep our prices low by reading the product description (e.g. size of artwork) and delivery times carefully before placing an order. Please note that the actual colours may differ slightly due to different monitor settings.

Should a customer wish to cancel any order after making payment, cancellation can only be made via our standard refund process. If a customer cancels their order with their card provider rather than following our refund policy, the customer will be liable to pay Kandibox all fees imposed on us from the card provider. Refer to our Terms & Conditions point 6.6 for full details.

 

Looking after your poster or canvas print:
To keep your canvas print looking vibrant, please follow these care instructions:

Keep your canvas print away from direct sunlight.
Display your canvas print in a moisture-free environment at room temperature, and at a safe distance from any sources of direct heat (eg fireplace).
Do not use any form of liquid or chemical products to clean your canvas print. Any dust on the surface of your design can be removed with a soft dust brush.
